Q: How much is the Delivery Charges?

Ans: Our delivery service fee is flat $10.00, and it is regards less of the size of your order.


Q: Where do we deliver?

Ans: We only deliver in Canberra through online store purchase.


Q: Can I get items redelivered if they are not available?

Ans: We always try our best to fulfill your order as best we can. However, on rare occasions when it comes time to pack your order, we can be out of stock of items you have requested. We will refund you for any items that we could not deliver to you. 

If you notice any missing items that have not been refunded or replaced check it by logging in your account and let us know by call, or email to confirm that if out of stock, you are refunded and if missing by mistake you are redelivered on next day.


Q: How many times a week we deliver?

Ans: We deliver everyday including Public Holiday, Saturday, and Sunday


Q: Is same day delivery Possible?

Ans: Yes, same day delivery is possible, but you must contact us by phone or email to make sure that we have a spear driver available for you.


Q: Is same day Pick up Possible?

Ans: Yes, same day pick up is possible from Tuesday to Sunday and not Monday.


Q: What time the delivery arrives?

Ans: Delivery is schedule for Morning and afternoon, most day delivery will arrive before lunch and in rear case delivery may arrive in the afternoon.


Q: Can I schedule my delivery time?

Ans: Scheduling delivery time is not quite easy to maintain, we rather not give any exact time but approximate as mentioned above. But if you call us in advance and feel some urgency of the exact time, we will try to satisfy you.


Q: What if I am not happy with quality of produce?

Ans : If you are not happy with quality of produce or the value is purchased, we will try our best to compensate you some cost of it and in some case all of it.


Q: What happens if I am not home at the time of the delivery?

Ans: We will first try to call you or schedule a redelivery or if it is safe to leave it at the front of the door, we might do that but we prefer that you write a note for the delivery instructions.


Q: What happens if I cannot see or forgot to add the delivery date when proceed to check out or store not allowing me to select a date?

Ans: This may be due to a technical problem with the browser you are using. Try to reload the page by clicking left corner of the browser or in some cases just log off and log back in and cart should still have all items that you have previously selected. If the problem persest please call us or email us and we will fix it manually from back office.


Q: What happens if my credit card does not work in online store?

Ans: Some credit card may not work in online store due to high security is applied from your bank or in your PC. In that case you can call us, and we will manually help you over the phone credit card charges.


Q: How will I know when my order be ready for Pick Up?

Ans: If you have placed an order for the same day pick up, we will text or email you when the order is ready for pick up. If you have placed an order day before or earlier, order is normally ready for pick up by 9 in the morning.


Q: Can I do a contact less pickup?

Ans: Yes, you can have contact less pick up. Before you come to pick up, you need to call us and give details of your car colour and type and we will wheel to your car and put it in your back boot.


Q: Where can I park my car for contact less pickup?

Ans: You can park your car at the loading zoon area, it is just behind Growers Market Express in Lathlain Street just before the traffic lights towards Belconnen way or you can park in the main car park area.


Q: Is there a minimum spend on delivery or Pick Up?

Ans: No minimum if purchased for pickups or delivery, only $10.00 delivery will apply for delivery and no charge for pickups.


Q: What happens if no one answer my call?

Ans: We sometime can be busy to answer all calls, if you email we will reply to you but if something is urgent, please text us for rapid action
